Ive been surfin for an hour now comparing those two performing live and there's no hesitation : the british singer is ten times above.

He's not as famous as usher is overseas and worldwide only because he's not american.

But his technique is really outstanding.I openly admit he has no equal when singing live

Dude, I really like Usher but Im clearsighted enough to acknowledge that Usher can't hold a candle to CD when it comes to sing, in studio or live. R Kelly is the only rnb singer able to challenge CD and maybe to outdo him. Usher, Ne-yo, Mario etc are way behind him. That's a fact.

@Dotdevil probably because u didn't really pay attention to what he did lately. The album signed, sealed, delivered is an album covering the most famous tracks of the Motown. No one could have sung them better than him.

Im not pleased saying that, but yes obviously CD has a better voice than Usher and I understand why he gained so much respect from american rnb singers over the years. No wonder that he's been wooed by Beyonce, Timberland, Ne-yo....They all know he's an absolute beast.Quality

It is probably the best album ever made, but it would never receive that title because there aren't enough die hard Craig David fans to push this fact through to the public (although it did manage the number 2 spot on mtv's best album ever). Also vocally, Craig David is, at least live, a lot better than usher (check out his candle in the wind cover).
