Well, it was RELEASED in late 2005/early 2006, but the film itself was set in like...2038 or something LOL but yeah, they wanted to release it on the 5th of November 2005, but there were scheduling conflicts or something. V4V was actually created by Alan Moore and illustrated by David Lloyd. I have the GN here at home, I treasure it! XD

Guns versus swords.... it's a concept you wouldn't think to be a valid one. But V for Vendetta does it, in spades, showing realistically how one man with a set of sais and a lead-lined chestplate could take down an entire ruling government. Nice.
