In Dedication With light and the eternal quest of beauty Within the sea's ebb and cresting call Within the heavens Within the splendor of form and structure Within the line that holds grace Be TRUTH known 'Tis the artist's hand. Rose Marie Raccioppi Poet Laureate Orangetown, New York

@RoseMarieRaccioppi What the fuck is this shit? I stop reading around the third word because you bore the shit out of me. Literally the shit can't stay in my body while reading this because it's so bored.
@yakusaorama It's boring and she needs to know that. This video isn't to talk like that, it's to just look at a good British artist who could go toe to toe with the great French and Italians before him. That's all. And here I thought Japanese people and I would get along. I love sushi.

I didn't know this could come out of an Englishman. Nothing good comes from that country. I'm surprised and kind of offended as an artist. Kind pissed too.
I personally love his "Lamia" and "Pot Pourri"...Whereas Lamia being my most beloved coz of its dark theme, all angelic and godly... yet i love pot pourrie for being exact opposite...Any idea where its currently? The only info i have been able to find is from artrenewal org which says Lamia is public collection and pot pourri as private...
I only know the painting Day and the Dawnstar....The painting shows Apollo, the God of the Sun ( also the god of art, music and poetry) reaching out to kiss the lips of the frail Dawnstar, who at that moment, overwhelmed by his radiance, expires.
I do A statement of the painting "lament for Icarus" for my english class & I am absolutly in admiration when I see one of his painting , he was so talented ! I'll see this painting in few weeks in London , i'm so exited !
Thank you to make this video , it's just a pleasur to see it !
Yes, I'm really 13, and I've been interest in art since I was only 3 years old. My soul is not very old, but my opinions about art is very serious. Thank you for asking me that!! ^-^

I love Draper. "Ulysses and the Sirens" (at about 3:49) is my favorite by him.

When...jou must have a very 'old soul'
