@codyxcaution Hes using his Instant Cast proc on Healing Touch (3s bomb heal). The Spriest can Flash Heal (1.5s) for that.

It's the fact that a hybrid class, specced as a melee dps, can pump out a heal like that.

(Granted ret IS ridiculous, but that's more the damage than the healing.)
