I don't have a Power Commander on this bike. I had the pc3 on my last Hayabusa and I liked it. I wouldn't say you "need" a pc, but I would say it helps.

It's just the one gp style can.

k7 has 2 cans coming off the catalytic converter....so when you put a new exhaust on....it removes that. Some exhausts retain the 2 can setup, but I personally like the single side exhaust better.
