I agree with inertiasd. This video is difficult to watch. A smile on the military officer's face outrage me. Human are not to do what they been doing to their own people. They should become the subjects of International Criminal Tribunal. Any country call this as internal afair is just as guilty as Burmese junta also in my opinion.
