IOS 5.0.1 Fixes Battery Life Bug

i reali support apple.... but dis time i reali disappointed with apple..... wen i update IOS 5.0.1 my battery life is worse... u must fix dis problem apple....

Worked good for me my battery last twice as long on my iPhone 4 been up 2 hours on it constantly and it's gone down 3% normally it would be 70% by now so happy :D

just got a new ipod touch 4g and updated to ios 5.0.1 to replace my old itouch 1g,

now im really disappointed with apple here, this ios 5 sucks balls, i cant even play for 1hr before it is already telling me it only has 20% life left. even if its just sitting there doing nothing the battery still keeps draining. WTF Apple! Fix this!

hi all just to let you know due to battery problem i switch off locations service as my battery was going down fast. just downloaded the 5.0.1 for my 32gb uk phone and can confirm that its alot better now, would ike to know what the actual problem was though. this is best part about apple okay its expensive and me being ex sg2 owner apple are great at fix their products NICE APPLE WELL DONE :)

I had a 100% iPhone 4S charge at 2am EST and at 11:45am EST im at 85%. This is with wifi/3g, location settings and light web browsing/music playing. Guess I should just be thankful the updates been good to me.

I just got the update last night it doesn't seem like anything improved the battery life is just a little better but not much. U think that they could make. It last longer after having made som many iPhones

It was just released to me today cause I just now got the notification and I didn't know it did anything to the battery

@SwordsmasterMarth There was a glitch with iOS 5 (suspected to be with location services) that caused the iPhone 4S to drain battery fast. Since the glitch was in code and not hardware, they could fix it with an update instead of having to recall or replace iPhones.

@BenjaminLucky13 It's supposed to get better, but there are some people who are reporting that iOS 5.0.1 did not fix the battery bug. Others are reporting it did, we are yet to recieve official statements from Apple on the matter, but AppFind will keep everyone updated, so stay tuned.
