Add some moleskin to the back of those coach shoes and the blisters should stop. You can buy moleskin just about anywhere. Even Walmart I believe.

Hey Drew927 stop watching it then idiot >_> anyways I don't know about shoe shoes but you can wear in heels by putting zip lock baggies of water in them and freezing them overnight :) it takes mote than once if they aren't leather but yeah hope it helps :)

u asked about how to wear shoes in ive heard about this lil tip and tried it and works everytime litterally get a ziplock bag ( med size) fill it halfway with water , put the baggy insiude ur shoe and place shoes inside the freezer till the water freezes...defrost and wear

for your coach shoes...have you ever tried the liquid band-aids for feet?? its supposed to put a layer between your heel and the heel of the shoe. i haven't tried it myself but i heard it works very well. :)
