Yes, you will be required to make all the mortgage payments.

If your asset (house rent) is not working for you, then somebody has to.

I am new to this and wanting to learn as much as possible. My question is... In this example that they give in the video.. What if the tenants later decide to move out and then I'm left paying the mortgage, which would increase my expenses. Is there a way around this? Or maybe I'm missing something? Thanks.

Actually, this is a very simplified version. In real life, this is not as easy as it looks. e.g Finding tenants, tenants making payments on time, increase in interest rates (unless you are using a fixed rate).

In your example. if your tenants ran away then you will be left with making payments otherwise the bank will take over your house.

However, the aim of this video is to identify opportunities and take ADVANTAGE of them.

His ideas are sound, but this sounds like personal fractional banking, which is why we are in this bad economic period. For instance, as soon as the 4-plex suffers from loss of tenants, it now becomes a liability right. Study all the masters of wealth and you can pave your own road to success. It isn't easy! First stay positive. Second know that everthing takes time to build. Wow this game really teaches you how to invest. Highly recommended. It costs a lot more than a similar game, but it's well made, and is well worth it. Don't think twice about getting it. In Australia you can claim back the purchase price off your tax I'm told, because it counts as investment advice! So the purchase price is less than the actual retail.

The Cashflow Game's pretty expensive but I think it would be beneficial because games exposes our habits whether good or bad so if we can change bad habits it can be beneficial.
