Nice! I'll try this, combining some workout moves from your first workout video :) Btw, my upper arms have always been a problem for me since they're big/fat and unproportional to my body. Other parts of my body get thin but not my upper arms. :( What can you suggest?
@noblebutterfly47 Stick to 15 reps each, and skip the difficult moves. You can do this 3 times a week. You can workout 4-5 hours after you eat. I recommend working out at around 4PM-8PM where the muscles are warmest. Thus preventing injury. And what do you mean is this all I do?
gosh i don't know how you don't get bored every day whenever i work out at home if i can't get out to play sport i HAVE to be watching like a movie.. or some tv to distract me lol
