@TheNohabla It is black PVC but you can use ABS as well.

@aelitasweet Yep. you can find black PVC pipes that fits perfectly on the wheels. You just need to cut it with the same width of a standard 1/10 tire. If needed you can use some tape on the wheel so the PVC tire fits firmly or use hot glue on the inside to fix the PVC tire on the wheel. PVC tires lasts longer than standard drift tires and it is great for abrasive places like concrete and asphalt.
