I have it and works perfectly amazing!!I am a student and it saved all my work for my final semester projects!Thankfully the technical support helped me out to transfer everything back and showed how easy it can be to transfer files! An it is totally compatible with Windows 7. I must say that I was surprised to hear that was a Canadian company and heard about their fast growing business so I forget them for the little waiting time I had on the phone :)
I have the C2N 500GB model that backups both my desktop and laptop over my network so it backup both computers hand free. Wonderful item, worth every penny, works as advettised.
I purchased it from qvc along with a dell system and it does not work with Windows 7. Unless I'm doing something wrong, which I don't think so, this thing sucks. All that money for nothing. Will be calling QVC to see if they'll give me my money back.
After 48 hours of struggling to get Clickfree Backup to work, after spending a forture on it, I'm returning it because it won't work and I can't get their support people to help me. What this guy is saying may work for some, but from what I'm finding online - a lot of people are like me - it won't work and their is no support! Check reviews before you buy - it not what they advertise!
