I do pretty much the same thing with my shirts as well; the only thing different is I try to cut a little less shoulder off with the sleeve and make the straps wider. The reason is, although they will be too wide at first, the cloth curls over inwards over time. If I'm impatient, I gently tease the cloth strap by stretching it gently and it curls right over. I agree the cut tanks are way more comfortable and look better than store bought ones.

Great transformation but by using those pics you really can't tell much other than how much leaner you are. One pic is in poor lighting at a weird angle and the other is primed for show... You are obviously shredded but aside from that you can't see much in terms of before / after.
How often do you change your workout routine? And how dramatically? Do you like maybe abandon one exercise and replace it with something new or do you change more than 1 exercise?
