It is very difficult to believe that a person who follows all the rules to the "T",like those who live around this great project,and yet becauseTHEY do not like itThey have caused a big financial burden for this gentleman and his family.The County Goverment has passed this project---because it meets ALL the reqirements to the Law How can this happen in our country in 2009
