I love how this song is about how when we're young and naive, we break hearts all the time, and even good people do it. But ultimatley, I feel like this is about realizing that this is life, and sometimes we'll have moments that we're not completely proud of, and we'll recognize how selfish we were or that we were hiding our true self, or some sort of thing that went wrong, and its fine to look back and be a bit sad, but you have to move on.

@diyanuh i know the feeling. trust me, i dated a guy for almost 2 and a half years. not even a week later, he had a new girl. And told his friends he was waiting for me to break up with him, and he was "relieved". And because I wouldn't have sex with him, he lost his virginity with a different girl not long after. The sad thing, I considered giving him another chance.

It's a nice song and it's brutally honest. The band were actually a little worried about Ben singing it because they thought it'd make Ben look like a bad person but he went ahead and did it anyway because he knows how to be a good artist.

Its a song about regret from what I gather. He gets with a girl he finds attractive and eventually they hook up, unfortunately he realizes as its happening that he doesn't care about her. He continues through with it but regrets it in the end~
It makes a lot of sense when you consider how can you possibly stop at that point without hurting her, you get trapped.
