It's unbelievable how the music and the video fit together, there has been a lot of work :o But this is so beautiful video, I could say... Perfect. It is a great pleasure to be able too watch videos that are this high quality :)
I just love the brothers... Their dad, well, a good ending for him :I
Great job! I donno why I'd never favorited this in the past. I love how you put the songs rythm in with the music. Perfect timing when Aragorn smashes into Lurtz.
Denethor is the most unfortunate character, of the three, actually. If you read the book , of course, not in the movie.
After all he was a father who sacrified his life and sons for his city, but then he leaves everything for Faramir, and then gets mad and sacrifices himself.
The book it´s the real one, not the movie. I never liked the horrible portrayal of Denethor in PJ movies. That food scene XD
@cnuofesd Actually I was always under the impression that he saw more of himself in Boromir in himself and more of Finduilas (wife) in Faramir...Oh, just realised how old your post was, apologies for bringing it up.
he looked in a palantir so sauront got him- he couldnt make denethor a sevant of him like saruman,so he tricked denethor, showing invincible armies and stuff, also, denethor didnt set fire to faramir and he didnt throw himself off a ledge. he killed himself even when he saw that faramir is alive.
Thanks, glad you liked it. It is a bit depressing though isn't it? But I think the whole family issues thing is exactly what makes the dynamic between the 3 so gripping.
Thanks! Yeah a lot of the scenes were from the extended version of "The Two Towers" because it helps explain the relationships between Denethor, Boromir & Faramir. I didn't include the extended version of "Return of the King" because it wasn't out yet when I made this vid.
If you haven't seen the extended versions of each film though, I'd recommend it because each film has a little more depth to it because the stories are explained just a little more which is nice.
Cool. Yup I've always wanted to see them, just havnt gotten around to it. And now that I've seen some of the clips you put in there I'm really interested, cuz like you said it seems as if it explains a whole lot more :) So i think i'll go find those.
and once again good job! This was extremely well made!
Great editing, your timing was perfect! The song fit them really well, too.

there are some people who though that Faramir was an idiot because he anted the ring too.

Wow. Just wow. Perfect timing, song and clips! Had me close to tears, no lie about it.

faramir is the strongest person in the movie because he did not take the ring even though he could. he is the best!!

I just want to bitchslap that king and say : Focus !
He is a real bitch, and I hate that he just like Boromir couse he is the only one that has done something inportant... yet.
But except from that, I love Faramir and Boromir :D They are fantastic guys.
That part when Faramir ask Denethor if he want Faramir to be dead instead of Boromir, I just want to kick him right in the balls !

So...Denethor doesn't hate Faramir? And he's not an asshole?
Vengence222 4 years ago
As I said. As well as wormdemorgoth.
And no, he´s not an asshole (only in PJ´s movie) and he DONT HATE FARAMIR (In the book).
He is dissapointed with him, but he don´t hate his younger son. I think he loved Faramir even more.
Witchqueen 4 years ago
he loved faramir more... because he saw more of faramir in himself... though denethor whishes he himself was like bormir

denethor wasnt such a looser in the book.
he looked in a palantir so sauront got him- he couldnt make denethor a sevant of him like saruman,so he tricked denethor, showing invincible armies and stuff, also, denethor didnt set fire to faramir and he didnt throw himself off a ledge. he killed himself even when he saw that faramir is alive.
