  • he doesn't really bend it, but the leg does stay straight.

  • I have a mini that has messed up his hip. My horse wont straighten his ankle (bend it, he walks on his toe) Does your mini bend/ move his ankle when he walks?

  • I want a mini SSSOOO bad!!!

    i love minis,

he looks very mischevious and happy!

  • THAT LITTLE IMP! so adorable how he torments the poor old man. lol. LOVE the vid!

  • Aw, the mini is so cute! For having the hip surgery he sure likes to run! The two horses together make a cute pair.

  • What a nice animal family you have! Thanks for sharing, and I'm glad to see that Gizmo is up and going. Maybe I'm not looking at the right things, but I don't see a 'gimp' at all.

  • He's clearly doing fine if he's running around when there's that much nice grass! My little one wouldn't be haha.

Your cheeky boy gave me quite a giggle with his antics.

  • He is so adorable. I can tell your animals are happy and well taken care of. Very cute video.

  • kwl you have a palomino gizmo 2!

  • May Gizmo have mini, mini, mini good years to come.

  • i have to admit he is so adorable, and i am glad that you found a vet willing to work with you, i have had to amputate the leg from one of my lambs after giving him to a new home the "new owner" let his dog eat the ears and the front leg almost off the lamb. I recieved the lamb back after he had hid in the chicken house to be safe and was suffering gangrene. I now have a 3 legged sheep that runs and plays, and i am glad to see that i am not the only one willing to have a " disabled" pet

  • sounds like the "new owner" needs a lesson in how to treat animals. i'm glad you got the chance to bring him back home. gizmo has a forever home here as long as he lives. :)

  • What a cutie! He's doing real well. Can't tell he had a hip replacement!

  • he actually didn't have a replacement, but had done what is frequently used for dogs with dysplasia.....they removed the head of the femur. it was badly dislocated and couldn't be put back. the surgeon figured since he was so small, it would be workable. he is quite the little dickens. thanks for commenting.
