Not anymore, they upgraded it to a 13 inch Macbook Pro which is way better. The display is a whole lot better, you get SD card slot, Firewire 800, and that 7 hour battery life.

The display does not require as frequent cleaning as the body does.

In comparison, my iMac does not require as much cleaning -- I must admit, I dust it weekly.

I don't know for sure, but I think the display on the newer macbook pros and that of the black macbooks are different. I never owned an MB so I don't know for sure.

But the aluminum on the MBP doesn't attract finger prints much, so I don't worry about it. But I put one of those Zagg InvisibleSheilds on it so I wipe it down with eyeglass spray once a week just to keep it nice and shiny.

it depends by the model. the cheapest one had 13.3 display, 2gb ram memory, 160gb hard drive and 2.0ghz intel core duo.

the new one is $999 and it has a 13.3 display, 2.26ghz with 3gb ram, and a 250gb hard drive.

As you can see they are different in anything not just the casing but in Speed too.

no no. the White MacBook has basically nothing in the way of ports. No SD, no firewire. only 2 usb's, Headphones, gigabit, Mini display, and Mag Safe. While the Pro (for a mear $200 more!) has 2 usbs, headphone, lock, gigabit, firewire, SD slot, display port, and magsafe. i have the 2.53ghz 13.3 and totally love it. but its your call.

Yeah the screen sounds like it's small, and in pictures it appears small, but after you use it for a while, you will think its the perfect size. i used my dads 15'' pro and its feels almost too big. plus the 13" is nice and easy to carry around. yull like it.
