First, be sure that you are pressing the proper key to stop the needle. Look in your options and controls and see what it is set to. I think the standard is the left mouse click.
Other then that, i would save your game files, uninstall the game and reinstall it.

i got a glitch that i can start hacking (but cannot actually hack)
i cant stop the needle
(so i can only abort, buyoff or loose)
but auto hack dart do work
any ideas?
