A six and a half foot male who has laughed in the face death more times than a person can count versus this group of kids. That is kind of not fair to the kids, them being put up against a guy who could snap each and every single one of them like a stick. May the Lord have mercy on them.
Yeah, he's not the only one in that room that has been close to death. Beleive it or not, the BSB have had many different experiences as well. You may refer to them as kids, but they have actually been through a few obstacles themselves.
Trace has broken both of his arms, he has dislocated his knee cap a couple of times, he has had his leg crushed, he has had the ham string in the back of one of his legs cut by a bulldozer, he has cut his finger off with a six inch buck knife, he has cut his nose off when he ran up underneath the back of a school bus, he has been cut above his left eye, he was cut underneath his mouth and almost had his throat cut, another finger was cut, and one of his lungs was punctured. Wait, there is more.
Three of his ribs have been broken, he has wrecked just about every vehicle that he has ever owned, he totaled two of them, one of them times being the time that he drove drunk through a storm and another time he had to wear a neck brace for about a week or so after flipping the truck that he was in and then a 38 caliber Smith & Wesson gun shot went under his left arm going through both of his lungs and both ventricles of his heart and then came out underneath his right arm. Wait, there is more.
Trace broke his ankle trying to get his truck out of the mud, his left hand was smashed when a 400 lb rock rolled over it, he was pinned under a tractor that crushed his chest & left bruises on his shoulder & pelvis, had emergency surgery for an abdominal inflammatory infection, & he hurt his back last summer making him miss the Presidental Dinner that he was invited to. I believe thats all that has happened to him.
I wasn't just talking about physical obstacles. Yeah, he's been hurt a lot, but there is more hardships in life than physical pain. I'm not saying BSB have been through more than he has, (truthfully, they haven't lived as long as he has either) I'm just saying you shouldn't write them off and refer to them as "kids". You don't know their stories or them as people.
I'd also like to add that I don't have anything against Trace. I may not agree with his choice to drink and drive, but the same could be said about one of the BSB's as well. I guess the only thing you can do is learn from your mistakes and move on. It's great that you've been a Trace fan for a while now...especially considering your age. I've been a BSB fan for 10 years now, so I understand how it is when speaking about one of your favourite artists.
Trace doesn't encourage anyone to drink and drive. Yeah he was busted for it once, but that was years ago. He has been sober for just over five so far. I am so proud of him and I love how he is living proof that what doesn't kill you will make you stronger!

haha, omfg! okay singinshower, i enjoy wheatgrass shots as much as the next person. im aware that they are very healthy etc. but honestly they could get that themselves at juice it up if it was that important. trace has more than 2 awards thank you very much, and as for BSB, they do NOT have 100+ awards. and besides they won most of their awards 10 years ago. you continuosly mention their album sales as well. hate to break it to ya, but those dont count as awards and what they do for society.

As far as you go, dmarlene333, you are right. They do not have 100 awards but more than 100 that extend into 2005 for the band and 2006 for Brian and Nick. Go to wikipedia and you will see for yourself.
As for Trace, all I could find was two awards listed. One in 1996 and one in 1998.
Their last album, Never Gone, sold over 10 milion copies.
Trace's highest seller to date come in 2005 and sold over 2 million.

There is one thing to remember. Nick has been said to be quite a practical joker. He certainly didnt get angry when he couldnt find it. It may have been a trick that he and Brian were playing on him. They are notorious for it.

The Backstreet Punks should only hope to be the man Trace Adkins is. What a bunch of superficial babies. Trace's reaction was priceless and it isn't too far off from the reaction most decent, grounded adults would have. I was disgusted by the band and can only hope they continue to look like the punks they are on the season finale.

Yeah, he's not the only one in that room that has been close to death. Beleive it or not, the BSB have had many different experiences as well. You may refer to them as kids, but they have actually been through a few obstacles themselves.

Trace has broken both of his arms, he has dislocated his knee cap a couple of times, he has had his leg crushed, he has had the ham string in the back of one of his legs cut by a bulldozer, he has cut his finger off with a six inch buck knife, he has cut his nose off when he ran up underneath the back of a school bus, he has been cut above his left eye, he was cut underneath his mouth and almost had his throat cut, another finger was cut, and one of his lungs was punctured. Wait, there is more.

Three of his ribs have been broken, he has wrecked just about every vehicle that he has ever owned, he totaled two of them, one of them times being the time that he drove drunk through a storm and another time he had to wear a neck brace for about a week or so after flipping the truck that he was in and then a 38 caliber Smith & Wesson gun shot went under his left arm going through both of his lungs and both ventricles of his heart and then came out underneath his right arm. Wait, there is more.

Trace broke his ankle trying to get his truck out of the mud, his left hand was smashed when a 400 lb rock rolled over it, he was pinned under a tractor that crushed his chest & left bruises on his shoulder & pelvis, had emergency surgery for an abdominal inflammatory infection, & he hurt his back last summer making him miss the Presidental Dinner that he was invited to. I believe thats all that has happened to him.

I wasn't just talking about physical obstacles. Yeah, he's been hurt a lot, but there is more hardships in life than physical pain. I'm not saying BSB have been through more than he has, (truthfully, they haven't lived as long as he has either) I'm just saying you shouldn't write them off and refer to them as "kids". You don't know their stories or them as people.

I'd also like to add that I don't have anything against Trace. I may not agree with his choice to drink and drive, but the same could be said about one of the BSB's as well. I guess the only thing you can do is learn from your mistakes and move on. It's great that you've been a Trace fan for a while now...especially considering your age. I've been a BSB fan for 10 years now, so I understand how it is when speaking about one of your favourite artists.

Trace doesn't encourage anyone to drink and drive. Yeah he was busted for it once, but that was years ago. He has been sober for just over five so far. I am so proud of him and I love how he is living proof that what doesn't kill you will make you stronger!

Don't worry, I did't think he would encourage drinking and driving. It appears as if he has learned from his mistakes. It's also great that he has been sober for over five years now. I beleive AJ has been sober for about 5 years as well. He originally went to rehab in 2001, but relasped a couple years later. It's good to know that they are working through their past problems.
