I agree with the point that music does take a very long time to catch on here. It's one of the first things I noticed when I moved to Montreal. I would play sets of tunes that were destroying Europe at the time and people would be standing around with blank expressions. For example at a wedding last Saturday and people started screaming for Stereo Love. As for the video sucking, perhaps but I like both versions.
