  • Great music.

  • classic gold..ty so much...with love from the UK x

  • Can still see a packed dance floor in the early 70's for this soul classic.

  • What a phantastic song!

  • Betw. 1989/1993 we use to be the Dutch sup act of the trammps with our bands "swinging soul machine" and "Primavering" through agency Jan Vis Rosmalen had a lot of fun with these guys, i remember some typical Dutch parties wereby everybody enjoyed the in Holland allowed party stuff specially Robert the biggest guy at the right "couldn't get enough"

if any of the guys reads this remember you guys staying at vinkeloord close to Nuland (Julia Bar)regards Big Mo Trombone

  • great ian..!!! a classics all time !!!!

  • amen

  • not the same without the original lead singer.

  • This reminds me of a visit to Phoenix, Arizona about 7-8 years ago where I saw the legendary Trammps playing at a Casino on an "Indian Reservation". My American friend never did understand why we had to drive 60 miles into the desert to see "some obscure act"......

  • What a brilliant song, I first got this single as a musical version minus the vocals I remember, but both are really great. I regarded "Philadelphia International" as Motown No 2! The Trammps who were in MFSB Orchestra were like Earl Van Dyke and The Funk Brothers were to Motown, were they not? Great times!

    John

  • nice!

  • That's Jimmy Williams singing lead. I love Jimmy!
