I actually feel more comfortable living in an apt. than I ever thought I would...but Pamplona is safe in general. It's > 10x the size of JTown, but I feel safer...it might have something to do w/ the fact that JTown has a prison and the State Hospital, meaning there's a high # of sex offenders for such a small population. My hometown, though, is wonderful...it's a typical middle class suburb, and we may not have lived in the nice (aka rich) part of town, but it was far from a bad neighborhood!
