I have a technical suggestion I'd like to make. I know it's more work and expense but I highly suggest finding some way to mic your voice directly and if possible, record in a room with some padded walls to deaden the echo. That room is not doing your voice the justice it deserves. If you've got an electric acoustic I'd suggest hooking that in as well. You can record the audio into your pc and synch it with the video afterwards. I think it would make a big difference.
