Aaw this scene is really really sweet. It makes me tear up.. I love her expressions and Lukes smile is just wow! I haven't seen it yet though, in the show.. I assume that you're referring to her voice not being up to standard for Broadway? Well, I could see what you mean if you were to listen to her singing this song alone, without any visuals. But when Luke walks in she gets emotional, and more so throughout the song. Her voice becomes wobbley and shakey because she is emotional, that is the intention. But you can still tell that she has a good voice.
