I remember this game..i dont kno how shaq could deal with all the constant intentional fouls. but he was a good sport about and made them free thows. GO LAKERS!!!
w/sabonis' size, he should have been able to match up a little better on shaq. maybe it was his age... or maybe he was not much of a defender in the 1st place. classic euro syndrome. lakers' supporting cast all could hit the 3. kick in to shaq, kick out to horry, shaw, fox, or rice. and of course, there's always kobe.
I just love the crowd noise on NBC. ESPN/ABC is too far up their own ass to understand that crowd noise makes for more suspense and drama than Mike Breen saying the same catch phrase over and over again.
Good pt, agreed. The Snapper/Walton pairing was very grating on the nerves, but the production of NBC was far superior in all aspects. As the years go by, they add more and more BS and focus less and less on the game itself.
how many technical fouls would rasheed walllace collect if he played in the new nba?

if only sheed kept his composure. his technical and ejection messed things up for the blazers. lakers were able to go on a nice run during that time.
