No, it doesn't look like Randy Rhoads, Randy Rhoads had a cream les paul and a polka dot Flying V. Zakk Wylde has that guitar. Zakk Wylde plays in the Guitar Hero World Tour Crazy Train and in some of the music videos. Randy didn't have bullseye guitars that I know of.
