Actually sweet potatoes are 1 of the most healthiest vegetables for you. To replace the sugar & butter, you can use Agave to replace the sugar & it's actually sweeter than sugar & healthy for you. To replace the butter you can use Earth Balance butter which tastes just like regular butter but is good for you. Cinnamon is very good for your digestion! Also, either leave the eggs out or replace them with applesauce cuz eggs are horrible for your health. Then you can have it all year round :0)

Use a little orange juice next time, not a whole lot, but like maybe 1/4c per 4 yams. and also ginger, NOT A WHOLE LOT. and you could also use molasses too if you wanted like around a couple of tbl per 2 yams and Evap milk too. Didn't know about the egg whites being beaten first, I will try that. Looks GREAT!!!!
