I know many Pakistani businessmen who do want to invest in Gwadar and other areas of Baluchistan but they are afraid that Baluch separatists will kill them. Baluchistan is suffering because of insurgency encouraged by India and the US.
To Develop Gawadar city like this is so beautiful but it's just passable after the Independence of Balochistan, Pokistan can not develop Gawadar like this in his history since 65 yrs

They have destabillized Pakistan because they want to control the energy routes to china and india. Gwadar is at a very important location in the great 'game' in whicj the great satan, america, wants to play as well.
