I was found a kitten when it was 14 below zero. Took her home and nursed her back to heath, bottle fed her, what not... my cat hated the kitten, and she hated me for bringing the kitten into our home. However, my whippet, Tobi, (smaller version of the greyhound, about 35 lbs) took the kitten under his wing (paw). This reminds me of that time. RIP Tobi, i'll always remember you big guy

This is so beautiful how I wish I could find a cat friendly greyhound been working in retired greyhound kennel for 5 years now and yet to come across one all our dogs are keen ! and I have 2 cats ! lovely video greyhounds are such special dogs wish more people would realise it !

Heart warming video, very beautiful. So many gorgeous dogs. One of the big black ones is the image of my boy I lost just last month, he was a darling an I miss him more than I could explain... fellow lurcher/greyhound owners will know what I mean. He was a big gentle giant, terrified of the cat across the street and in love with the guinea pigs... his wife however is a different story (she was dumped when her hunting days were over) she has her eye on every cat we see!

i was missing my little girl who I had to put to sleep in Feb because of cancer. I say little girl because she was and Italian greyhound, only 10 lbs. but the greyhounds are all noble dogs with the most devout hearts. So sweet and gentle. I really miss her and was on you tube just to see what is going on in the greyhound world. So many beautiful dogs still need wonderful homes. The videos showing the need to adopt a greyhound are wonderful, these dogs need loving homes,

This is living proof that so many of these wonderful dogs who have been trained all their lives to chase something small can reverse whats grained into them and so many don't want to chase in the first place .

Oh the look of terror in the rabbit's eye at 1.00 poor thing :-((( My greyhound girls are fine with our cats, all other cats are for mild chasing. They can't resist rabbits and hares really loos it when they sniff one, but have never gotten close to one. We met an elk in the forest and they had a ball thinking they were chasing him (think not!) came back panting with foam around their moths, starry eyed "we got him!".

what a wonderful video. We hve 2 rescued greyhounds and they both get on great with my cat. These dogs have got so much love to give, and the treatment they get is disgusting. Id have a house full of these amazing dogs (if I was allowed) x

These animals are so loving,friendly with our 2 cats,and my 2 week old twin boys.

All they need is a loving home,to be kept safe and warm,and in return you have a loyal pet.

Greyhounds + Bunnies is probably the biggest ???? moment for me. Rabbits are the traditional prey of greyhounds, what they were once bred to hunt. Somebody must be a really good pet parent to get them past their prey drive.

They are AMZZING animals. How can a creature that has been fred to hynt for 3000 years be so gentle? We have had two rescued Greyhounds and they both have been wonderful. Boonie our first, developed liver cancer and we had to have him put down. Finesse is now in our home and is truly a "member of our family" All they want is to love and to be loved.

That is a spectacle oh so dreamy: I agree about thinking if you have other pets about adopting. Although I would love to adopt a homeless one, I know my babe would be very unacceptable to it. that is very important because if they are not well matched with the family and other pets, a lot of them get returned... making it so sad and unneccesary.
