Actually, Shadow dies and SA2B ends the canonical Sonic series due to SEFA finally revealing/retconning the truth of the Sonic time line a few months ago. Heroes onward is an alternate timeline. Apparently Shadow survivng causes the Sonic series to suck for a while(not that Shadow wasn't awesome in SA2B)

@catastrophucked Sonic is just not all about speed, its the mix of platforming that makes the stages more interactive and more in control of how you finish the stage. Spin dash can make the stage more faster with other moves at your disposal.

This is probably my second favorite song in the game. When I was a kid ten years ago playing this, I used to love all of tails' music and Sonic's music which was all like rock. But since then I have moved on to like more electronic music, which is why this is now my second favorite ^^. Great game by the way. Sega needs to get their shit together and make a remake of this to make Shadow a worthwhile charachter again.

SA2 is arguably the best of the lot of all of the sonic adventure games imo, the adventure element of the game was sort of killed, there wasn't any getting lost like in it's predecessor - never mind, this game is awesome...i got 176/180 emblems before someone killed the disc. Final rush & crazy gadget had to be among the hardest levels to get an A rank on the speed run levels, there were quite a few bugs in the dreamcast version, SA2B was a great revamp but still had bugs too. two thumbs up :)
