  • Dr. Patton presented here is NOT a degreed man in geology...but rather Biblical Studies...with courses in geology. In any case these gentlemen should simply go to my FACEBOOK and see where the ship is...precisely. Photographs by Dr. Ahmet Arslan (1989) are shown to the same ship as the Ark photograhed in 1972 by Ray Anderson. The ship is at the 16,500 ft. altitude, and in plain sight, and damaged. The trek from East Ridge claimed three lives in 2011; the ice being very thin and crevassed.
