I did the cheat on Pokitaru, but after I experimented on other planets, I found out that the cheat can be done anywhere underwater on any planet, as long as the water is deep enough and has a semi-flat floor.

how did you do it?

You have to pause the game while you are underwater and go to the extras menu. Then play one of the videos from the "in level" videos menu and exit it a few seconds after the video starts. Unpause the game and Ratchet will fall to the bottom of the body of water you are in (the surface on the bottom must be flat in the area you land). Shoot the visibomb gun to make the air around Ratchet clear instead of blue, and double jump to swim. Now that the air is clear, it looks as if Ratchet is flying.
