@FallenSaintsINC He hasn't made any songs in a while, so I've had nothing to upload. Anyway, he makes the song and the chart himself. To make a song on a GameBoy, he has a special GameBoy cartridge called a Flash Cart that lets him download ROMs to a micro-SD card. He uses a homebrew ROM called "Little Sound DJ", which is a "music tracker" program. He's very creative so he can churn out songs really quickly, but he's into other stuff now. He might get back into it at some point.
