They don't make movies like they used to. Now days, action films are directed by michael bay and are loaded with special effects just to get the viewers attention. Sure these movies might have done bad according to the critics point of view, but regular people love these movies. At least they used to before action movies were abandoned. I haven't seen Expendables yet, but I admire Stallone for making one last movie with a cast of 80s action heros in an era where they are forgotten.

Why the hell did this movie win a Razzie? Its better than todays Twilight shit if theres anything that deserves a Razzie its all this crappy Vampire and Werewolves fests Rambo however solid acting from Stallone no one could pull off that kind of intensity awesome action scenes great story and for me the ending of this films really emotional in a way I dont think its as good as First Blood but kinda prefer this one if that makes any sense? And I also think Rambo 4 was awesome to Rambo true hero

A film I love like both Transformers films which a lot of people hated and you probably do too I think did not deserve a Razzy either. Neither did this.

I don't know if anyone answered this already but yes they did. Along with N.Korea and China. They essentially did to us in Vietnam what we did to them in Afghanistan in the 80's. Had they stayed out of the conflict (and had the anti-war movement kept it's mouth shut) the war would've ended shortly after the TET offensive.

That was an excellent scene, as it was quite graphic and realistic! Though one thing that bothers me about this movie is that, at the time, it cruelly, yet inadvertently, exploited the frustrations of all the family and friends of any MIA soldiers that were still unaccounted for, though granted it is only this movie. Though I must say that Stallone was perfect for this part, as he depicted Rambo with this depth of intensity and fierceness that most actors could never match!

So in a sense it gave family members of soldiers that were MIA false hope that was quite misleading &, in many ways, rather cruel ((though granted it wasn't meant to be cruel, nor to be taken literally, as it only is this movie.)).
