All PS3s have hard drives, and blue ray.

You can't judge by one game, they can butcher it in programming.

Far Cry 2 might of, but dunno, don't really care.

The GTA4 comparison video from IGN said that GTA4 does do an install on the PS3 version, since all PS3s have hard drives and it does this so that it has less loading than the Xbox 360 version.

Blu-ray and the cell and HD let the PS3 do MGS4 and Uncharted 2, which could never be done on the 360.

Uncharted 2 has so much processing that it uses all the processors working at the same time in the background to do it, it's a 25 GB disc, it has a loading screen to start the game but once you start playing there's literally no loading the entire game. It uses some space on the hard drive to help also, but there's no install screen.

The developers said they could never make it work on the 360.

It's also arguably the best looking game on consoles ever.

GTA4 installation on ps3 is nt to beat the 360. Its because it is necessary. and the game loads faster on 360, I have them both to know.

I think the controllers are each better for certain types of games, but are ok for all types of games.

The Rechargeable battery on the ps3 is a massive Plus for PS3 owners. Saves on alot of money, and is very convinient. 360 Kinda blows in that department. Even the Charge kit doesnt last, it needs replaceing every 6 months or so.

The optional install basically installs the ENTIRE game to the hard drive. The load times and Frame rate Improve Substantially.

Defo you can't go wrong, such a well made game. Single player is immense (the banter, writing, puzzles, shoot outs, cut scenes (my fav) etc) and you have online will lotsa diff modes (deathmatch/plunder/co op etc), boosters (see people through walls level 46), weapon upgrades.

i just downloaded uncharted 2 beta the other day & WOW it absolutely blew me away. not because of its 5v5 multi or gold rush mode but the 3 player co-op. yes the 3 player co-op, it absolutely blew me away. now i know co-op is notting new. havin a high end pc, i own L4D & i love it. but the co-op in uncharted 2 is mind-blowing. graphically i have never layed my eyes on anything so beautiful, even beating the mighty engine that made crisis. the details & attention to game-play is unbelievable.
