  • Seriously... Why not spend more time training not to get hit in the first place?

  • @kimcheolho of course you do train to not get hit in the first place but having a conditioned body is needed as sometimes you will be in a position where you have no choice but to use some additional force...for example blocking an opponents attack - whilst this may seem simple to the untrained body blocking an attack can actually be incredibly painful particularly on the shins and forearm bones which is precisely why conditioning exists in the first place...it has existed for thousands of years

  • i amvery interested in qigong, especially iron shirt training, i will be sure to check out ur website :) ps. plez reply for iron shirt tips

  • Nice conditioning!

  • Brutal form of Weaving....But conditioning body is important. If can take the abuse in class room, less likely to be thrown off by attacker. Who needs weights when a partner can help do resistance training.

  • This isn't normal resistance training in order to gain muscle mass. It's part of WXDs Steel Body program designed to make students impervious to punches, kicks and bats.

WXD also conditions the forearms, elbows and hands so make punches much more damaging and of course protect from injury in the same fashion.

  • This is great group Iron body training. Do you use traditional Dit da Jow and Iron body Qi gong also? I like how you can see the relaxed body of you students allowing them to release energy on contact.

  • @SecretSword No Dit da Jow is used. Blood circulation is used to remove any bruising, damaged cells and stagnation!

  • have any more 5*

  • Hard conditioioning!
