Normally, if for example a man cheat on his wife, they kill him without any real proves, but if they follow the Quran, they should have at least 3 witnesses (so a little hard to find). The sharia is not violent as much as they're doing it in muslims countries.

Of course every country has its share of problems. The difference in Europe is that these problems are being adressed both socially and politically. Religious states tend to turn a blind eye and say these problems don't exist and thus little or no attention and funding goes to these problems. It's not about Islam but about hypocrisy in general. Yet it is a fact that non-secular states have a much higher rate of the mentioned problems.

'Ali said, "Allah's Apostle forbade the Mut'a marriage on the Day of the battle of Khaibar and he forbade the eating of donkey's meat." Some people said, "If one, by a tricky way, marries temporarily, his marriage is illegal." Others said, "The marriage is valid but its condition is illegal."

why would he do that...ban it I mean..why would he let it be ok practice it even but then later ban it so other men can't take advantage of it...if thats the case it sounds like it was only created so he could use it for his own pleasure.

Why would they shake and say "ya Ali", Authubillahi... Subhana'Allah, even thought what they are doing is FORBIDDEN, why call on Ali (radi'allah anhu) and not Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala... Folks, the problem is not only one of Islam but using government force to invade people's private religious lives and choices. It tends to reduce new economic innovation, puts the average citizen in fear of their government and creates a hell on earth for still others.
