I bought Fuchs TDS 50. After playing that for around 2 months along with OTS 50 I've come to conclusion that OTS is every bit same as bells and whistles of Fuchs. I get same beautiful tone from both the amps. Period.

I also feel that Fuchs is much more louder and that gives it more note bloom even at lower volume other than that no difference.

I am really considering purchasing one of these. I am not a huge fan there is nowhere i can try one out but i was jsut wondering how the clean tone was? I love a fat bottom end with a lot of punchy sparkle on top, a fat chimmy if you will lol, with the overdrive not engaged how well does the clean fair? That is assuming that the amp is just a single channel with a switchable OD section like i think it is. Thanks a lot man

I get my ceriatone overtone today...And must say this is great amp for me!!!One of the best I ever played (maby better for single coils than humbackers). its process the output of the amp so you could crank up the amp to the point of breaking without the volume

all an attenuator does is trick the amp into thinking that its plugged directly into a speaker cabinet. it acts as a master speaker volume. you can crank the amp to get however much tube saturation as you want, but keep the volume of your cabinet wherever you like it
