almost perfect intonation. good contrast between variations regarding the mood. excellent. however, i think you should emphasize the dotted notes in the theme more. you know... beethoven/mozart, all about precise rhythm... but good job! both you and the pianist.
So nice to see children from all over Europe play classical music together. These two here I thought played tremendously well. And although the other kids in the audience looked like they'd rather be somewhere else, I enjoyed this performance a great deal :)
Great playing, your tone is great and the really important thing about musicians at a young age is that they are actually musicians. I see way to many "machine" players massly produced by suzuki books and the like. So, great emotion is put into the piece.
This recording is not well balanced because of the chirch acoustic and the fact that I met the pianist a week before we had to perform together. So, I am really grateful that you could hear beyond that! Btw, in my country nobody teaches the Suzuki method.
Yeah, I could definitely hear beyond that because it is apparent that for you it is more than strings on wood. Yeah, in piano I was raised on the suzuki method but thankfully I was passionate enough to be able to put something into the music. In cello I never did the suzuki method.
