@TheeWolfGirl Looks like it could be one of a few things- it is very common for wild stray cats to contract feline herpes and that can cause the leaking from the eyes. If that is what the poor baby has, it's in a very extreme stage. But it very well could be an injury from other older cats. They do sometimes attack and even kill eachother. I'm more bothered that this man can interact with a kitten in obvious need and just let it wander off into the wild/streets without help or at least food.
