  • Interesting Voicing. I organize that Voicing as:

    E7 #9 b13

    But my ears hear tha tvoicing as an Upper Structure Triad. I hear the C Triad above an E7#9

    I understand why you're calling the C Natural #5 so that wotks too but with the Root root of the Chord so Low, I hear the C note as a Tension, b13 not an altered #5th of the Chord. Again, it's Poly-Tonal to my ears.

    Great Chord, but that voicing only exists in the Key of E on Guitar.
