When in safe mode my computer wont play any sounds. So I did the full scan and nothing came up. I did update my malwarebytes so should I run another scan?

when I log in in safe mode, my user name is not available. There are two other user names, Administrator and one of my relatives, but not my own. So when I go to Internet explorer to uncheck the Proxy Server box, it not checked??? tried doing all instructions through Asministrator, but it did not work. When malware bytes ran, it said there were over 3,000 infected files. Seems a little high, given that your version only had 3. This computer was infected yesterday.

i ran malwarebytes in safe mode and it found no infection. Essentially I still have the virus. Now I am running DrWeb. It is the slowest thing I have ever run across. I am at a total loss on this one. I have fixed every other virus trojan etc I have ever gotten but this is impossible. I am thinking of replacing my computer. Any ideas on how to fix this?
