Yep you're right the regulations state that only authorized fight crew are allowed in the fight deck while the aircraft is under its own power, however as long as its parked and not moving, there is no problem.

It depends on the circumstances, if you are in the air, most likley not, but if you are on the ground, they most likley will let you up there, I was in the cockpit of a Air Canada A321, A320, A319, B767, And

B777, But they were all on the ground, I was also in the cockpit of a WestJet 737-600, 767-700, and 737-800, again, all on the ground.

Yeah, I was just on an American 757-200, and they said I can only go into the cockpit when the plane had landed. It was kind of depressing, but I still got to see the cockpit!

Actually, FL410 (41,000 feet) is quite normal for the 737NG. Sometimes they'll take them up to 410 with a little over half-full load.
