I think the acoustics of wherever they're performing are causing a lot of the perceived problems... or at least wherever the microphone is. likely would've sounded much better if you were actually there.
the soloist (the tenors in gernal i think) need to work on support. Try to recall what you guys did in JC, all those breathing exercises. They help if you do them correctly and understand the mechanics that're going on, and apply consciously to your singing. See if that works! =)
Eh.. somehow the solo and the higher parts were kinda weak. The soloist (i assume is the conductor as well) seems to struggle and shout towards the higher notes but over all the harmony was quite all right :)The gals were more like talking than singing during the lower verses, which makes the song sound more like chanting. The end was quite rushed as well. Good effort nevertheless.
