I see Kanaan, Michael, Dario, Brack and I think... traitors. 2002 was CART's last premier year, and it's because the stars that it had left for the IRL. Which isn't to say that I don't like Indycar, I do. Watch every race. It's just that.... CART was something special, and now it's gone, and Indy is the only substitute we have - it's like the low fat dressing of American Open Wheel... just doesn't taste as good.
That was after Gil De Farrin with Penske set the closed course record and 241.something at Fontana with a Toyota powered Champ Car. Still hasn't been broken and won't for a long time. That was back in the day of the 900hp monsters. It is funny to see all the Earl poeple in the ad.
