Bobby Deane Pat here from Ct...cking out Isle of where you live,,boy Vt has been hit bad! as we all have! from spring till now all northern Vt was hit with rain all season... miss Campbell Bay dam 27 yrs,,we were there after the ice storm, Vt unforgiven! be well to all,,, I could go on but all !!!!!!!! the videos i have watched said enough! I danced with the wolves sun early am lit a candle loose not power or trees on our home,,to sky dancer, it worked, every town lost power!
@peaches962 I remember the ice storm all too well! The island got hammered hard by that storm. I helped with the cleanup on Isle La Motte and North/South Hero area. I have friends and family all over Vermont, and each one has their own horror story about Irene. Many parts of VT will be changed forever. I'm sorry about your friend and neighbors in CT. Hopefully people will help one another as they do here in Vermont.
