@dan3nad I was replying pipao123 cause he said 88kmph to travel in time, like BTTF, but in the movie there was 88 MILES per hour. But 88kmph is a really good speed for a solar car (it is the record right?!) haha

@hardrock997 It'll never happen...for the simple reason that solar only power is never going to be practical for a vehicle. One cloudy week or if you live in a place that doesnt get much sun, you'd be lucky to get anywhere. That, and with a full sized vehicle, the returns would be much less than even this...unless you want to putt along at around 20 mph, that is.

@pipao123 If you got it up to 88mph you could, but you would also need 1.21 jiggawatts of solar cells in addition to the ones powering the vehicle.
