Found it for windows 7 - just type in: "Command Prompt" in the start menu search bar and it pops up as a program then click it

@linglingjr yea but you need to press f8(i think) when your computer starts up. You can't access it from Windows.

If you wern't the admin then it could be the problem. Go to this directory (C:\Windows\System32) and run the cmd program

yeah, can you access notepad?

open up notepad and type

command prompt

then save it on your desktop as a .bat file

#1. Just save it as (whatever you want).bat on your desktop,

#2 I'm not sure how, you could try launching your computer on safe mode.
