You shouldn't really stir up your dog like that's how they start becoming agressive to people at the door and anyone else. "Get em! Get em!" is an attack command, and dogs don't know the difference between a serious command and a joke. We used to joke about with our dog as play but now it bites people and goes crazy when we say it.
